A delightful Cornish studio, the Old Stable is a super retreat for two and provides an excellent base to put on those boots and explore Cornwall. White washed walls, original wooden timbers, comfy leather chairs, Cornish granite and plush bedding will welcome you on arrival. The mezzanine kitchen is brimming with many culinary aids so you can get inventive with all the local ingredients - pop down to Porthleven to get the catch of the day!  You can take long soaks or reviving showers in the stylish bathroom.

Enclosed by roses and bamboo and with seating for two, the private garden (it's just across the courtyard) looks out over the luscious countryside to the sea and is a peaceful spot to sit and unwind with a good book (and/or large glass of red wine!). And if required digital TV and broadband is all ready for you!

The cottage has been beautifully renovated, we loved the high ceiling. It will definetly go on our must return list! We have been very comfortable here and felt quite at home. Clocked up several 10 mile walks around the Lizard and had a lot of good Cornish air! Pam and Robin June, 2008.
